SOW LOVE ZAMBIA started with a trip to Lusaka , Zambia , by 6 Casady High School Girls.  They saw first hand the poverty and the desperation of some of the one million orphans living without running water or electricity.  As they discussed the needs of these orphans they discovered the greatest desire of these orphans was a simple one, they wanted to go to school.  The six Casady girls along with 12 of their friends are raising $61,000.00 to build a school for these children right in their slum area.

This Friday and Saturday they are having an enormous yard sale continuing to raise more money to build the school and a wing.   Items include:  furniture for every room to include dining room, living rooms, bedrooms, children’s furniture, toys, games, bar stools, lamps, chandeliers, lawn equipment, strollers, linens, drapes, custom lead glass, sporting goods, women, men, children clothing.

Some incredible items that I saw:  Weber Grills,  Vintage McGuire sheaf table, iron McGuire pedestal table, golf clubs, Rans recumbent bike, Raleigh bikes, and so many others, dog crates, Beatles and hundreds more SelectVision discs, Arts and Crafts furniture, Prada boots and shoes (NIB), Uggs (NIB), books (great children’s books), 1939 World’s Fair items, French writing desk, Dahon foldup bikes.  You name it, they have it!  This is indeed a labor of love so please attend and help these girls change the future for over 300 Zambian orphans.

Thanks in advance for your help
